Released August 17th, 1970, Stage Fright was The Band's third studio album, and the debut of two of their most famous songs, "The Shape I'm In" and "Stage Fright".
The album was recorded off-season in Woodstock, New York, a place The Band helped make famous. Robbie Robertson wrote or co-wrote all of the songs, and the group shifted between instruments and vocals as the music demanded.
